    “Omgeving en natuur zijn prachtig. Ideaal voor een rustige vakantie, eventueel in combinatie met de fiets. Roussillon is klein maar gezellig met enkele leuke restaurants. Apt ligt op 15 minuten met de wagen. Daar kan je terecht bij enkele supermarkten. Lubéron, L'île-sur-la-Sorgue en Fontaine de Vaucluse zijn niet ver verwijderd. Andere plekken liggen iets verder. Ons viel op dat de meeste dorpjes in de omstreken vrij "doods" aanvoelen: mooi, rustiek maar voor ons iets té rustig en amper eetgelegenheden. Roussillon bleek dan ook snel het toevluchtsoord om wat "leven" te zien net als enkele restaurants. Samen gevat: ideale omgeving voor mensen die houden van rust en natuur. Voor zij die bijvoorbeeld de Toscaanse dorpjes gewoon zijn (zoals wij), kan de regio misschien té rustig zijn.”
