Quiet holiday apartment with a veranda and a garden

The apartment renovated in 2019 is in a quiet neighbourhood in Split near the beach.

Big glass doors open directly onto the veranda with a table, chairs and a parasol. The garden is adorned with laurel, rosemary and lavender, which exude a wonderful Mediterranean fragrance. The outdoor area is discreetly illuminated at night. There is a parking space in front of the house.

The fully air-conditioned holiday apartment with a separate entrance is on the ground floor and can accommodate four people. It has two bedrooms each with two single beds measuring 90 x 200cm, a flatscreen TV with cable channels, bedside tables and wardrobes. The living and dining room with an open kitchen provides a relaxing sofa, a big flatscreen TV with Smart TV and cable TV, and a dining table with four chairs. The modern kitchen unit is fully-equipped with a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, extractor fan, microwave, toaster, mixer, kettle, coffee machine and dishwasher. The bathroom consists of a spacious shower, a washbasin and toilet. There is a safe for your valuables and free wireless Internet access is available.

The beautiful Bacvice sandy beach is only 300 metres away. Within 150 metres you can find a tennis court, a yacht harbour and a swimming pool. The nearest café is just 50 metres away and the nearest grocery shop and a restaurant are 200 metres away. The Diocletian Palace, a UNESCO world cultural heritage site, is a kilometre away. It is only a ten-minute walk to the ferry harbour and the bus station and 22km to the airport.
