Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet, übertrifft in vieler Hinsicht sogar das üblich Maß (z.B. in Blick auf Geschirr, Gläser...); die Wohnung ist für zwei Paare ideal, da zwei Schlafzimmer incl. je ein Badezimmer in separaten Bereichen vorhanden sind. Die Lage ist in der Regel extrem ruhig, abgesehen von dem einen oder anderen Fahrzeug früh morgens, die Fenster - sofern sie geschlossen sind - haben eine hohe Schallisolierung. Ein Auto ist unerlässlich, um sowohl die Ansiedlung Cima als auch den Ort Porlezza problemlos erreichen zu können. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist in Ordnung.”

    “Wir waren im Juli 2016 zu Gast in Cima. Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sie ist auf neuestem Stand, bietet genügend Platz für 5 Personen und es ist sehr ruhig. Es gibt eine separate Klimaanlage und 2 Bäder mit WC. Man hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf den See und kann schon früh auf dem Balkon die Sonne genießen. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass die Vermieter weder deutsch noch englisch sprechen, die Einweisung erfolgt per Telefon mit dem Sohn. Sie sind jedoch sehr nett und geben sich wirklich Mühe. Man sollte jedoch bedenken dass die nächste Bademöglichkeit erst in Porlezza (5 km) ist und auch eine Möglichkeit zum Essen nicht zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Ansonsten gibt es von unserer Seite nichts zu meckern und ich empfehle es auf jeden Fall weiter!”
