Big holiday apartment on the first floor with a shared garden and parking spaces right in front of the house

This apartment is in a quiet residential district on the outskirts of Kaštel Sućurac. Owing to the elevated location, you can enjoy a great view of the surroundings, the sea and the islands.

This apartment has two balconies, but you can also spend time in the garden belonging to the apartment building. There is a grill area. Each apartment has its own parking space. The owner lives in the same building. This house has two other apartments.

The apartment is suitable for a larger family, as it can accommodate up to ten people. It measures a spacious 150m² and comprises four bedrooms, with a total of two double beds (200 x 160cm) and five single beds (90 x 200cm). There are also three double sofa beds (160 x 200cm). The air-conditioned living room with access to the balcony provides sofas, a coffee table and satellite TV. Right next to it there is the kitchen with an oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and dining table. The kitchen also opens onto the balcony. Big windows allow plenty of daylight into both rooms. The bathroom has a bath with a shower attachment, as well as a washing machine.

It is about a kilometre to the seaside. There are cafés, restaurants and shops in Kaštel Sućurac, which is about 800 metres away.
