This holiday apartment on the first floor at Balka, south of Nexø, has bright furnishings. One of the bedrooms with a double bed is a communicating room. Big, open terrace with garden furniture and grill. Covered terrace. Lovely area with great nature - direct access to bird sanctuary and bicycle track to Balka, Snogebæk and Dueodde. Close to one of the finest sandy beaches and to charming Snogebæk, a fishing hamlet, with nice restaurants and shops. Electricity and heating are included in the rent. Boxer TV with ZDF among other channels.

    “Die Gastfamilie (älteres Ehepaar) ist sehr nett, die Ferienwohnung aber deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Das große Schlafzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer! Die beiden kleinen Schlafzimmer (eins davon winzig) sind nur für Kinder geeignet. Zusätzlich sind die Wände extrem hellhörig, man hört wirklich, wenn sich einer im Bett umdreht. Die Küchenausstattung ist ca. 30 Jahr alt, die Kaffeemaschine braucht 30 min. für eine Kanne Kaffee. Kein Gefrierschrank, der Kühlschrank, wohl vor Jahren aus eine Küchenzeile abmontiert, steht mitten im Raum.
    Für ein Paar mit Kindern mag die Wohnung akzeptabel sein, ansonsten versprüht sie den Charme der siebziger Jahre.
    Die Aussenanlagen sind sehr nett gestaltet, man muss sich aber bewusst sein, das man mit den der Gastfamilie zusammen im Garten sitzt!

    “Die Wohnung ist großzügig, was für dänische Verhältnisse weiß Gott nicht selbstverständlich ist. Nett freundlich und nahezu komplett eingerichtet (insb. was die Küchenausstattung angeht ! TOP !). / Das umliegende Grundstück ist sehr schön, gepflegt und die Bewohner unheimlich nett und sympatisch -) / Aber Achtung: es gibt zwei ziemlich steile Treppen die zur Wohnung führen... das ist nicht für jeden geeignet. Hier etwas zu empfehlen ist nicht erforderlich ! Die ganze Insel ist ein Traum.”

    “Die Wohnung hat uns - 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder - sehr gut gefallen, alles sehr gepflegt, viel Stauraum, schöne Ausstattung, und besonders nette Gastgeber.

    Die Wohnung lag für unsere Zwecke günstig am Fahrradweg, nahe Nexö, das an einem schönen Weg entlang zu Fuß erreicht werden kann (und damit nah an einem Lebensmittelladen). Auch die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt, und die Straße merkt man kaum. Besonders schön waren auch die Möglichkeiten für die Kinder, draußen auf der Wiese zu spielen.”
