There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and an air conditioning unit, while the other is furnished with two single beds (1.05 m x 1.90 m). The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and toilet. The very spacious living room combines the kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and a toaster. The dining table is ideal for meals together and the living area is furnished with two sofa beds, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a stereo. A washing machine, iron and WLAN are also available to you in the house.
This typical Canarian holiday home is situated in the quiet suburb of Trejo, south of San Bartolomé de Tirajana. The place is located in the interior of Gran Canaria, surrounded by mountains and forests, near a large water dam. The house was built in 2006 and last renovated in 2012.
The owner lives in the same area, only about 1 km away. The town centre is about a kilometre away. The nearest shopping possibility is about 2 km away, as are the nearest restaurant and outdoor pool. The nearest sandy beach, the sea and the nearest airport are approximately 23 km away. A golf course is about 25 km away.
In the large garden, you’ll find sun loungers under the shade of the fruit trees as well as a grill/barbecue and garden furniture on the terrace.
