Situation
The cottage is beautiful nestled in the countryside in a lovely garden with all sorts of mediterranean flora. Campos with shops and restaurants is only 6,5km away. The popular and famous white sandy beach Es Trenc is reachable in a ten minute drive.
The island capital, Palma de Mallorca, with its many attractions can be reached after about 20 minutes.
Outdoor
Numerous high palms, big lawns, as well as luxiauriant coloured flowerbeds decorate the garden area in wich also some peacock swagger freely around. In an aviary the owner hold pigeons. In front of the house a terrace with pergola and wonderful bougainvillaeas plants welcomes you. Here is an inviting dining table as well as BBQ for your culinary pleasures. Beside there is a further covered terrace. The big pool offers refreshment and relaxing moments.
Farmhouse
Sitjoles welcomes you in the living room with a sofa and a fireplace, which promises a soothing atmosphere for cooler evenings. About the same level access to the fully equipped kitchen, furthermore there is a dining room and three bedrooms, two of which are equipped with french beds, the third with two single beds. In addition a full bath and a shower available. One of the bedrooms has a direct access to the beautiful garden. The upper floor is not in use.
The first cot and highchair are included in the price. Enclosed in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).
