    “De Villa is prachtig gelegen met een geweldig uitzicht op zee en de omgeving. De bovenste woonlaag en de buitenruimte met zwembad zijn zeer modern gerenoveerd.
    Ook de inrichting is modern en luxe. De onderste woonlaag is daarentegen donker en gedateerd met alleen airco in een van de slaapkamers. De inrichting is eenvoudig.
    Satellietzenders hoofdzakelijk in het Duits. De Wifi is niet stabiel en werkt slecht op de onderste woonlaag. De prijs van de woning is daardoor duur.”
