Beautiful, rustic resort "Ea Bianca", 3 storeys, built in 2011, surrounded by trees. 3 houses in the residence. 25 apartments in the residence. 4 km from the centre of Baja Sardinia, 9 km from the centre of Porto Cervo, 35 km from the centre of Olbia, in an elevated position on a slope, 1.5 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: well-kept terraced garden, swimming pool kidney-shaped (100 m2, seasonal availability: 22.Apr. - 27.Oct.). Outdoor shower, children's playground. In the complex: reception. 200 m long motor access (via unmade road). Central parking spaces. Supermarket 2.8 km, ferry "Olbia" 35 km, sandy beach "Cala dei Ginepri / Rena Bianca" 2 km.     “Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war okay.

    Die Unterkunft entspricht einem drei Sterne Standard. Die Sauberkeit unserer Wohnung hätte können etwas besser sein, wir haben erst einmal selbst geputzt. Teilweise ist an den Außenwänden der Bäder (hingehend zur Küche und zu Schlafräumen) Schimmel / Feuchtigkeit.

    Leider war die Beschreibung der Schlafzimmer fehlerhaft, sodass wir anstatt zwei Zweibettzimmer und ein Zimmer mit Etagenbett folgendes vorfanden. Ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, ein Zimmer mit Etagenbett und ein Zimmer mit einem Einzelbett, an welchem man ein Klappbett ausziehen konnte und dann auf einem Gestell lag. Dies verstehen wir nicht als zwei Zweibettzimmer. Dies hat uns sehr geärgert, da wir mit vier Erwachsenen unterwegs waren. Hätten wir dies im Vorhinein gewusst, hätten wir die Unterkunft sicherlich nicht gebucht. Wir empfehlen maximal eine Belegung mit drei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern oder zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern.

    Die Lage der Anlage ist perfekt um die Costa Smeralda zu erkunden. Der Ort Baia Sardinia ist mit dem Auto ca. 8 Minuten entfernt.
