For hiking, cycling or just relaxing - here you are in the best place. This pleasant finca offers you a beautiful garden, a wonderful pool and a fantastic view of the Tramuntana mountains. The thick walls testify to the former Mallorcan architectural style and many antique elements have been lovingly renovated during the full renovation. You reach the large bathroom through a dressing room. Bedroom 1 with 2 single beds and a sofa bed is well suited as a family room. If you want to arrive with more family members, EML579 is in close proximity. The last part of the road is not asphalted. Groups (except families and couples over 30) on request and with special deposit. License number: ETV/124.
Although you live here quietly, secluded and in the middle of nature, you can reach all excursion destinations, the island capital and the bathing bay of Alcudia very easily and in max. 30 minutes by car. The friendly owners live on the neighboring property and are easily accessible. In winter, the stove provides cozy warmth and comfort in the living area. Electric stoves are available for the bedrooms.

    “Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem sehr netten und hilfsbereiten Besitzer.
    Das Haus ist zwar einfach eingerichtet, aber sauber. Die mit Natursteinen gemauerte Innenwände und die antiken Holztüren des Hauses sind ansprechend und schön.
    Die Küchenausstattung ist etwas spärlich, aber ausreichend. Das Bad ist klein, das Handtuchangebot könnte besser sein. Ein Schlafzimmer ist groß, das andere Schlafzimmer eher ein Standardkinderzimmer. Der Pool und der Garten sind wunderschön und gepflegt.
    Das Umfeld ist ruhig, außer man fühlt sich von Schafen gestört. An Wochenenden kann es, je nach Jahreszeit, durch bäuerliche Arbeiten etwas lauter werden. Wir haben uns jedenfalls von Anfang an wohlgefühlt, die Fincabilder entsprechen völlig der Realität.
    Das Haus ist, meiner Meinung nach, ideal für 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Kindern.”

    “Ganz tolles altes Haus, sehr gepflegt, schöne alte Möbel, Küche komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine. Großer gepflegter Garten mit Pool, schöne Blumen und Bäume. Im Winter ist es ziemlich kalt im Haus und muss geheizt werden (Gasheizung). Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter!”

    “Sehr ruhige Lage. Vermieter sehr freundlich. Durch die Lage in der Nähe der Berge und der Inselmitte stärker durch Wolkenbildung beeinflusst als Finca's in Meernähe.”

    “Die Finca ist wunderschön, weil sie im spanischen Stil belassen und geschmackvoll restauriert bzw. renoviert wurde. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet, hat sie einen ganz besonderen Charme. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Obwohl das Haus keine Klimaanlage hat, konnte man durch die Vielzahl an Fenstern und Türen für gute Luft sorgen. Es ist angenehm ruhig. Tiergeräusche der Nacht sind zunächst etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber nicht schlafraubend. Der Eigentümer ist sehr nett; ist da, wenn man ihn braucht und hält sich angenehm zurück. Das Haus erreicht man über einen im letzten Abschnitt leicht abenteuerlichen Weg. Auto in jedem Fall erforderlich. Fazit: Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen es gerne weiter.”

    “Sehr schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung und Außenanlage, wenn es kalt wird, muss man ordentlich mit dem Kamin feuern.”
