This beautiful, detached holiday home is situated in the center of the old town of Rovinj in the pedestrian zone, in the street Grisiji, which ascends from the foot of the town steeply towards to the top of the hill where the church of St. Euphemia is located with its famous bell towering with a beautiful view of the whole city, the sea and the surrounding area. House comfort, equipment and a combination of rustic-modern style offers a very comfortable stay. On the ground floor is a large living room, kitchen and bathroom and on the first floor are two bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Outside is a small, high walled yard where you can enjoy with family or friends. The beach and the city centre are aprox. 5 minutes away from the house to which lead you charming and romantic streets this ancient city. We recommend visiting Red island, the most famous archipelago of city Rovinj. Only paid parking is available nearby.

    “Prachtig vakantiehuis in het zeer toeristische Rovinj. Zeer veel trappen om bij het huis te komen. Naastgelegen gallery heeft regelmatige luide muziek waardoor je niet rustig in je tuin kan zitten. Parkeren is een groot probleem. Wij hebben op 700m afstand een gegarandeerde parkeerplaats voor een maand geregeld. Dit was prijstechnisch het gunstigste voor een verblijf van 3 weken.     “Sehr schönes und neuwertig renoviertes Haus in direkter Nachbarschaft zur Kirche Hl. Euphemia. Wir können das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen! Es was alles vorhanden (Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Küchenhelfer, Fernseher etc.) und sauber! Anzumerken ist allerdings, dass sich das Haus in der autofreien Innenstadt befindet und kein Parkplatz am Haus zur Verfügung steht. Der Abholservice bzw. Shuttle ist verbesserungswürdig.
    Wir haben uns aber alle sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub!”

    “Sehr schönes, großes Haus in dem alles, was benötigt wird, vorhanden ist. Sehr zentral gelegen, allerdings sollte man gut bei Fuß sein.”
