The 'Al Brich' estate is an ideal place for holidays, located on a hill at an altitude of 650 m in the green Langhe countryside, among vineyards and walnut trees. It offers beautiful views of the surrounding hills and the Alps.
Outside, there is a large shady garden with some pine trees where you can relax while admiring the view. The house has a covered parking area for motorbikes, a children's playground, free bicycle rental, a barbecue and a terrace with a beautiful view of the countryside and mountains.
The flat is 65 square metres and is located on the first floor. It features a spacious living room with a flat-screen satellite TV and a large sofa bed for two people. The living area also includes a kitchenette with a hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a dining table with chairs. There is also a bedroom with a double bed or two single beds and the possibility of adding an extra bed. In the bathroom
