A holiday home by the sea! In the morning, you can enjoy the view of the sea from the large, sun-drenched balcony while sipping a freshly brewed coffee and decide not only how you want to start the day, but also how you want to spend it without any fixed breakfast and meal times that a hotel might force you to adhere to. Note: In the evening, the moonlight reflected in the water is the crowning glory of the holiday feeling! The house with its friendly blue shutters conveys charm and individuality, even though the neighbourhood is in a scattered settlement. You can walk into the village, where you can do your daily shopping, or stroll along the promenade in the evening and have a drink in one of the bodegas.

The bathroom, decorated in harmonious light bronze tones, offers modern facilities and a shower.

Portocolom, the picturesque fishing village with the largest natural harbour on the island, is the ideal destination for those who love a holiday away from the hustle and bustle, but at the same time don't want to miss out on the amenities of a modern town. A supermarket, restaurants and cafés are within walking distance and the many alleyways with pretty houses are perfect for a stroll. This holiday home combines the advantages of Mediterranean life with charm and Mallorcan history. You will also find a beautiful beach in the immediate vicinity: The popular town of Cala Marcal is only 1.8 km away. The next largest town with a weekly market and many other shopping facilities is Felanitx, which is around 13 km away.

The Mestral holiday apartment in Portocolom is a little holiday dream come true in the south of the island. Right by the sea! The view from the large balcony is simply breathtaking! The nearest beach is of course within walking distance, as are numerous shopping facilities and nice bars and good restaurants.
