This holiday home on Mallorca will appeal to anyone who values spaciousness and comfort and also wants to feel at home in a family-friendly atmosphere. As soon as you have parked your hire car in the gravel car park and walk up to the imposing house, you can take a quick look at the table tennis table and plan a table tennis match. Well-kept lawns and terraces characterise the immediate surroundings of the house. Behind it is the fantastic pool area with the securely enclosed swimming area and the sun loungers positioned around it, where sun-seekers can stretch out comfortably in the Mediterranean sun. Absolutely ingenious: the adjoining pool house, which not only offers pleasant shady spots, but also an extensive outdoor kitchen including a barbecue. The awning in front of the pool house is a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the fresh air, and on cooler evenings it is cosy and sheltered from the wind on the roof. You can even watch TV here! But perhaps the decision will be made in favour of the view of the pool and the adjoining rock garden with its Mediterranean plants. A super-practical outdoor bathroom complements this area and makes outdoor holiday living particularly comfortable.

In fact, you might find yourself spending all your time outside. At the same time, the interior of the finca also exudes an inviting flair. The pretty, wooden arched doorway leads directly into the living area, which not only has various seating options, but also a fireplace. Large floor tiles, exposed beam ceilings and harmonious colours characterise the cosy living atmosphere. A wide passageway leads to the spacious eat-in kitchen, where there is a large dining table for all indoor meals. In the colourful, well-equipped kitchen with cooking island, you can prepare meals together with several people and perhaps treat yourself to an aperitif. There is also a cosy bedroom with a bathroom on this living level. On the upper floor are the other three bedrooms and three further modern bathrooms, one of which is en suite.

Finca Sa Pletassa is less than 3 km from the village of S'Horta. Nestled in the beautiful landscape of the south of the island, you can spend relaxing holidays here with family or friends. The beautiful harbour of Portocolom is also not far away, just 5 minutes by car. Golf enthusiasts will be delighted by the proximity (4.7 km) to the Vall d'Or Golf Club.
