The house is the central element of a plot totalling 24,500 m², which is slightly elevated above the surrounding countryside. This holiday home offers numerous opportunities to enjoy the beautiful, well-kept garden and the 38 m² terrace landscape. It has plenty of lounge seating for sun worshippers, an attractive dining area with wooden furniture, an adjoining area for relaxing with black deckchairs and sun loungers for the pool area, all with parasols for shade. Modern but traditional Mallorcan-style rocking chairs in the covered terrace area invite you to relax with a book. Evenings can be spent cosily in the open air. All it takes is for someone to light the barbecue to bring the day to a culinary close.

The living space of the villa is 250 m² and extends over 2 floors, where you can spread out to your heart's content. The rooms are flooded with light thanks to floor-to-ceiling windows and the bright, modern furniture emphasises the modern style and the particularly pleasant atmosphere. The entire house has an open-plan design, with the living and dining area on the ground floor flowing into the semi-open-plan kitchen. The kitchen has white cupboards and all major appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, extractor bonnet, large fridge). The light, shiny flooring in the basement emphasises the bright character of this house. On the ground floor you will find living, dining and kitchen areas as well as a practical guest WC and two stylish double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. A wide staircase leads to the upper floor. The large suite with dressing room and en-suite bathroom is located on the upper floor. The wooden furniture is white, partially whitewashed, as are the beautiful country house doors. The bathroom has selected furniture, such as a round washbasin on a sandstone-coloured marble top. From the private terrace on this level, you can enjoy breathtaking views across Mallorca to the Tramuntana mountains. On the upper floor there is a cosy studio with the fourth double bedroom. Children especially love this studio, so we can highly recommend stays with up to six adults and two children.

The luxurious property is in a fantastic secluded location, far off the beaten track, away from any neighbours, on the eastern side of the island in the small municipality of Ariany. Ariany is a small, pretty village with seven windmills in the surrounding countryside. However, its central location in the eastern part of the island means that larger towns such as Petra are also easily accessible. There is a weekly market in Plaça Ramon Llull, for example, but the large shops are also available for shopping. Enjoy relaxing evenings by the pool or sit on the terrace and savour a glass of wine that you bought in Petra. Petra has been known for its quality wine production since 1993. Would you rather spend a few days on the beach? The beautiful beaches of Playa de Muro or Son Real are close by and easily accessible. The famous sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina is within easy reach. The modern villa Can Sal is situated on a 24,500 m² plot and has an azure blue pool and wonderful views across Mallorca to the Tramuntana mountains. The house is located in a beautiful, secluded spot in the small municipality of Ariany, close to Petra and Santa Margalida. Petra is also a convenient place for shopping. The beautiful beaches of Son Real and Torrent de na Borges are just a short trip away.
