This is a Fincallorca holiday home.

Finca C'an Gall de Costitx is located in the heart of the island of Mallorca, surrounded by a dreamlike landscape with direct views of the Tramuntana mountains.


The layout of the finca creates a cosy and homely atmosphere and reflects the traditional Mallorcan way of life. It is ideal for families or close friends who value spending time together and feel at home in a charming, authentic environment.

The staircase leads up to a bedroom with two single beds. From there, the staircase continues upwards and after three more steps you reach the spacious master bedroom, which is located on an open gallery above the living room and offers a view of the living area below. The master bedroom is also equipped with a Smart TV, which can be used for relaxing hours. Both bedrooms on the upper floor share a bathroom, which is equipped with a shower and two washbasins.

The living area is stylishly and cosily furnished, with a large sofa and a Smart TV for evenings together. The kitchen is well-equipped and has direct access to the terrace, so you can enjoy meals comfortably inside or outside.
A hot/cold air conditioning system provides additional heating for the bedrooms, living room and dining room/kitchen in winter.

The kitchen has a counter that opens onto the glazed dining room/conservatory. The light-flooded conservatory of the finca offers an ideal retreat for relaxing hours. Surrounded by large windows overlooking the Mediterranean garden, this room is perfect for enjoying the tranquillity of the surroundings - be it with a book, a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. Please note that the windows in the conservatory cannot be opened.
To prevent boredom during the day, board games and toys for small children (including Lego, cars and building blocks) are available in the house.


The spacious outdoor area of the finca invites you to relax and enjoy yourself. The garden is planted with Mediterranean plants such as palm trees and bougainvilleas and offers numerous seating and sunbathing areas.

The large pool (72 square metres) with a surrounding terrace is perfect for cooling off on hot days or enjoying the sun.

A private tennis court with tournament dimensions (20 m x 40 m) is available for sporty guests. Please note that the court is not cleared of moss during the winter months (November to March). Normal cleaning takes place.

A brick-built barbecue area on the terrace is ideal for cosy evenings.

The location is central and ideal for exploring the island. The finca is situated in a beautiful, rural setting. Ideal for relaxation and recreation. Thanks to Mallorca's central location, you can reach beaches and excursion destinations quickly and easily. The most famous beaches such as Es Penyo or C'an Picafort are also just 30 km away. Here you can spend a relaxing day swimming before returning to your charming finca in the evening.

In the towns of Costitx and Sencelles, both 3 km away, you can experience authentic village life with small shops, bars and beautiful bodegas. In addition, simple but beautiful hiking routes directly from the finca offer the opportunity to actively explore the surrounding area. Please note that depending on the wind direction or aircraft movement, there may be some aircraft noise.
