Take a trip to the mudflats, where you can watch the tides, many bird species and marvellous sunsets. Mandö is a pearl in the Wadden Sea that attracts many visitors all year round. The distance to the mainland is approx. 11 km, of which about 6 km lead through the mudflats. Please inform yourself about low and high tide. You can swim west of the storm surge column. Explore Mandö, which is part of the Wadden Sea National Park and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and visit the island's beautiful, historic mill.
