Enjoy this large, traditional Provençal farmhouse with charm and character in the heart of nature. The interior is decorated with fine materials and high-quality furniture and exudes a real sense of well-being. This house consists of two independent, interconnected parts with two modern kitchens and two living rooms, allowing a large family or group of friends to spend a nice vacation together while maintaining a real intimacy.

Step out from the cozy and comfortable interiors onto the huge sun terrace overlooking the beautiful private pool, which is shielded from view. Sunbathe by the pool and get together for an evening barbecue on the terrace.

The house is ideally located in the Rhone Valley, which is known for its tourist route of the famous AOC wines of the Cotes du Rhone. Not far away, nature lovers will be delighted to discover the mysterious green and idyllic landscape of the Val des Nymphes at the foot of the charming medieval village of La Garde Adhemar. Further up is Clansaye with its impressive keep, from where you have a unique view of the Rhone Valley. If you are interested in history, visit the Renaissance castle and botanical gardens of Grignan. Discover Nyons, famous for its olive oils, the Roman bridge and the Nyonsoleiado water park, which is a real treat for children. Discover Montélimar with its imposing Porte St Martin, which marks the entrance to the old historic center. This thriving town, classified as a tourist resort and overlooked by its Chateau des Adhémars, can be explored on foot to stroll and eat on the charming, shady Allées Provencales or in the cobbled streets lined with stores. You can swim and fish in the lakes and rivers of the Drome or the Ardèche.
