Holiday apartment right near the beach with a private sea view roof terrace and a shared garden

Almost 300 days of sunshine a year make the island Vir, which is connected via a bridge to the northern Dalmatian mainland, an attractive holiday destination even out of season. Your holiday accommodation is on a quietly situated residential estate, only about 35 metres from the typical Croatian concrete beach.

The private roof terrace provides a garden table, chairs, two garden loungers and a large parasol. From here you can enjoy a wonderful view of the crystal clear sea and the island Pag. The lower outdoor area with a garden is fully fenced and is for shared use with the owner. It has an outdoor shower and a grill area you can share use of. You can park your car on the free spaces on the street and within sight about 30 metres away.

The attic apartment of around 45m² in a detached single-family house consists of a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining corner, a two-ring hob, two fridges, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The living room with a flatscreen TV also has a double sofa bed (140cm wide) for up to two people. The adjoining bedroom has a canopy bed (180cm wide) for a further two people. The bathroom with light tiles is fitted with a shower, washbasin and WC. There is an air conditioning unit in the dining space that also cools the neighbouring rooms, the living room and bedroom. Please not that there is no heating. A washing machine is available for shared use in the owner’s private area, on request and for a small fee.

It is only about 500 metres to the nearest supermarket with a bakery and a recommended restaurant. There are further shops in the lively centre of Vir about 1km away. As an alternative to the nightlife in the centre of the harbour town, there are many surrounding restaurants, some with live music. The holiday accommodation near the beach is an ideal starting point for families and couples who would like to enjoy activities such as swimming, diving, snorkeling, fishing, surfing, hiking or cycling. The beach is about 35 metres away and can also be accessed with a pushchair or hand cart. Jet skis, pedalos, quad boats and other water vehicles can be rented nearby. There is a daily bus to the lovely Zadar old town about 25km away. From here you can go on all-ay boat trips to the Kornati Islands. It is about 8km to the old royal town Nin and about 10km to a large tourist complex with a heated swimming pool, tennis court, minigolf and shops. Krka national park with its cascading waterfalls is about 80km away along the motorway in the direction of Split. Paklenica National Park about 40km away invites you to pay a visit. Or you can walk on the trail of the famous Winnetou films and visit the Plitvice Lakes National Park about 130km away along the motorway towards Zagreb. Owing to the distance and the size of the national park, you should plan an overnight stay there.

Wi-Fi can be used throughout the house free of charge. Two bicycles are available for a small fee. Depending on the number of participants, a free entertainment programme is offered, consisting of water gymnastics and exercise to music.

    “Die Vermieter der Unterkunft sind weit über Jahre alt und nicht unbedingt in der Lage eine Wohnung im obergeschoß zu reinigen oder in Schuss zu halten.
    Das Wasser aus dem Hahn (Dusche und Küche) stank nach Brunnenwasser. Ich s war und nicht möglich mit zwei Kindern unteranderem ein 6 Monate junges Baby zu duschen oder ähnliches.
    Nach 16 Stunden Aufenthalt haben wir beschlossen die Unterkunft und das Land zu verlassen. Wir haben dann eine sehr schöne Unterkunft über einen anderen Anbieter am gardasee gefunden und dort unseren Sommer Urlaub verbracht. Nach Rücksprache mit e-Domizil, erhalten wir nicht einen Cent Rückerstattung.
    Das erste und letzte mal über diesen Anbieter.
    Eine absolute Frechheit.”
