In the small Mediterranean town of Rogoznica, located in the centre of Dalmatia, you can find the villa Paradise View. Its name says it all: a villa that has a heavenly view of the calm, clear, and clean sea, which will be enjoyed by every guest looking for a luxurious holiday. The old town of Rogoznica is located on the small island of Kopara, which in the 19th century was artificially connected to the mainland. The island is covered with forest, and the old town is dominated by stone houses, which is why Rogoznica has retained its charm of a small Mediterranean town.

Villa Paradise View was built in 2020 with a modern style of construction and has 220 m2 of living space. It is only 80 m away from the nearest sea and Zatoglav beach. It offers accommodation for a maximum of eight people, and optimally six, and consists of the ground floor and upper floor.

The ground floor has a spacious living room consisting of a sofa, and TV. Near the living room is a dining room with a table for six people, and a modern kitchen where you can prepare delicious meals for yourself and your family.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms with showers, one of which has a bathtub. Two of the three bedrooms listed have a balcony or terrace from which you can enjoy your morning coffee while reading your favourite reading material.

On the outdoor terrace, there is a heated infinity pool of 28 m2 and a depth of 1.7 m. The pool has a massage function and is illuminated by LED lights, which give it a special look at night. Next to it, there are six sun loungers and a separate toilet. In addition to the covered outdoor dining table, there is also an outdoor gas grill where you can prepare delicious traditional dishes such as fresh sea fish or delicious meat.

Villa Paradise View is a semi-detached house, and the owner often stays in a separate area. The entrance is completely separated, so that each guest has complete privacy, and the owner is at the maximum disposal of guests throughout his stay.

The attractions of Rogoznica are the open-air sea aquarium, lavender labyrinth, or Lake Zmajevo oko. This Salt Lake is located on the Gradina peninsula and is a unique hydro geomorphological phenomenon. At more than 50 km of coastline, there are numerous sandy, rocky and hidden beaches where you are guaranteed all-day relaxation. What gives maximum pleasure in the joys of summer are the crystal clear sea and warm sun. Don't miss the gastronomic offer of the most delicious Mediterranean delicacies such as fish, crabs, or shellfish, as well as prosciutto, homemade cheese, and olive oil!
