DualResorts is a newly built holiday park on an existing location, so there are beautiful old and large trees in and around the park. The park is small-scale but spacious, and is located on the edge of the village of Afritz am See, next to the Afritzersee and in the middle of the beautiful nature of Carinthia. All chalets are newly built and the infrastructure has been completely renewed. The park consists of 35 rentable homes, ranging from detached chalets to semi-detached chalets and apartments, all built in beautiful Austrian style. That means a lot of wood and natural stone on the outside and also atmospheric wood on the inside. Of course there is no lack of luxury and comfort. The park has a cozy reception building with a spacious living room and a beautiful terrace. There is a private heating building for the entire park. In the middle of the park is an open space with some water and a playground for children.
Chalet Luxe 8 has three spacious bedrooms upstairs and a luxurious bathroom both downstairs and upstairs. Both bathrooms have a spacious walk-in shower with rain shower and sink. There is a nice balcony where two bedrooms adjoin. Two bedrooms have a double bed and one bedroom has two single beds. There is a sauna by the bathroom upstairs. The upstairs bedrooms and bathroom open onto a landing with plenty of height.
Downstairs is a very spacious living room and spacious kitchen. The living room is cozy with a large corner sofa and two luxurious armchairs. The luxurious corner sofa can be folded out into a full bed for two in no time at all. The dining area is also spacious with a large dining table, corner sofa and comfortable chairs. There are two patio doors from the living area to the outside terrace with table and chairs so you can enjoy the outdoors. The luxurious kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, combi oven, fridge, kettle and coffee maker. There is a spacious cloakroom and separate toilet.
The chalets are equipped with old wood walls, which ensure the well-known Austrian cosiness. The chalet has enough windows and therefore plenty of natural light, so you can enjoy the surroundings. Each chalet has its own storage room. The chalets are 120 m² and have two private parking spaces.
