Directly on the red wine hiking trail below the Landskrone castle ruins and the Köhlerhof golf course. Not far from the idyllic Ahr meadows with their lounging areas and hiking trails. Step out of the house and you are right in nature.

The Ahrsteig offers beautiful views from Heimersheim over the heights of the Ahr Valley to Blankenheim or to the Rhine at Sinzig, where the Ahr flows into the Rhine.

Give your car a break too and conveniently reach cities such as Koblenz, Bonn, and Cologne by public transport.

The light-flooded holiday apartment Harmonie**** on the ground floor (approx. 75 sqm) is suitable for 1-4 people (for business travelers up to 2 people).

It can be combined with the maisonette holiday apartment Panorama, suitable for 1-5 people, living on two levels.

The hallway, kitchen, and bathroom are tiled, while the bedroom and living-sleeping area are equipped with high-quality laminate.

The living room is furnished with a Gründerzeit wardrobe, a sofa bed (150x200cm), a table, an armchair, seating cubes, a floor lamp, a shelf, a flat-screen TV, and a fireplace. From the living room, you can access the terrace.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200x200cm), a shelf, bedside lamps, a rattan chair, a softwood wardrobe, and a leather sofa.

Upon request, an additional person can be booked.

The feel-good bathroom offers, among other things, a large rain shower and a vanity unit, as well as a hairdryer.

The modern new kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an American fridge-freezer combination, a stove with a ceramic hob, a microwave, etc.

The terrace, approximately 20 sqm, is furnished with garden furniture and deck chairs. A hillside garden is included with the terrace.

A washing machine and dryer are available to our guests for a fee.

1 pet is welcome per apartment and is charged at 15.00 euros per day.

The key handover takes place in person on site or via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before arrival.

    “Positiv: Mein Sohn (10 Jahre) und ich waren für eine Woche in den Osterferien in der Ferienwohnung „Harmonie“ und wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen nett und sehr sympathisch. Zu der Wohnung gehört eine sonnige Terrasse mit einem kleinen charmanten Hanggarten, den wir gerne nachmittags zum Ausruhen in der Sonne bzw. zum Speisen an der frischen Luft genutzt haben. Von der Wohnung aus kommt man direkt zu Fuß auf unterschiedliche Wanderwege, die durch die Weinberge, Wälder und Feldern vorbeiführen. Die Landschaft ist bezaubernd und mein Sohn kam mit seinem Mountainbike auch auf seine Kosten. Mit dem Auto erreicht man schnell weitere interessante Ausflugsziele, wie z.B. die Sommerrodelbahn /Altenahr, den Wald- und Wildpark/Remagen oder den Waldkletterpark/Bad Neuenahr”
