Summer: An ideal starting point for splendid hikes, bike tours and climbing adventures. The outdoor swimming pool and sports field are next door, the forest children's playground is a 3-minute walk away.
Winter: The access to the cross-country ski trail can be found next to the house; ice skating rink, winter hiking trails are just a few steps away. Skiers can use the free skibus shuttles to Sölden or Gurgl.
