A beautiful and modern vacation home for the whole family, situated on a natural plot only 175 m from the fantastic sandy beach of Balka.

The house welcomes you with an open room concept up to the gable, which in combination with large windows creates a spacious and bright atmosphere. In the large living room you can relax wonderfully while watching TV or listening to music, and in winter enjoy the warmth and cozy atmosphere of the wood stove. In the open, well-equipped kitchen it is a pleasure to prepare your favorite dishes. From the living room a ladder leads up to a large loft, where you can make yourself comfortable in front of the TV (Chromecast and Apple TV available) in beanbags. There are also two beds here. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a washer/dryer.

The house also impresses from the outside. You have a beautiful partially covered wooden terrace at your disposal, which is equipped with various outdoor furniture and a barbecue, so you can end wonderful vacation days with a cozy evening here. The house is located on a sandy plot, which gives the feeling of already being on the beach. Here you will also find a fireplace and an outdoor shower to rinse off the sand.

It is only a few minutes to the popular beach of Balka, where you can swim and sunbathe for hours. You'll live just a short distance from restaurants, kiosks or shopping. The house is located between the charming towns of Snogebæk and Nexø ? both equipped with good restaurants, great shopping and nice stores that sell, among other things, the characteristic ceramic and glass art for which the island is known. The popular excursion destination Rokkestenen is also relatively close.
