The house is secluded on a beautiful large natural plot, only 600 meters from the child-friendly sandy beach and cozy surroundings. Relax in the lovely living room, whose space is open all the way to the gable and lets in light from many angles through windows in the ceiling. When it's raining and shivering outside, you can cozy up by the fireplace, and when the sun is shining, just open the doors and step out into the greenery. Also look forward to culinary unfolding in a well-equipped kitchen, while the rest of the house also has several great facilities ? including a large bathroom with spa and sauna. In addition to the two bedrooms in the house, there is also a loft and an outbuilding with a double bed.
Outside, you'll find a spot on one of the sunny wooden terraces with garden furniture, a campfire pit and a barbecue, so you can spend a good chunk of your hours here in the summer. The children can play in the sandbox and romp and have fun on the large lawn.
The house is centrally located on the beautiful Balka beach, where you can spend many hours swimming, sunbathing and building sandcastles. At the small harbor you can have a nice ice cream. You are also not far from charming Nexø and it is also highly recommended to take a trip to cozy Svaneke with its many nice stores, restaurants and more.
