The villa is rented as one villa but is composed of two separate flats, which are connected by an interior door.Main floor: Two large living rooms, a wonderful kitchen with glorious arched windows providing a spectacular view over the valley and one bathroom; one spacious double bedrooms, on bathroom with large shower, a master bedroom with queen size bed, separate dressing room, and large en-suite bathroom with shower.First floor: Two large living rooms with a large fireplace (perfect for reading), a bright and panoramic kitchen with terrace, one bathroom; a master bedroom with queen size bed and large double shower en-suite bathroom, one large bedroom (queen size bed), one twin bedroom, another bathroom with shower.Both villa and cottage have been completely restored with old and original terracotta floors and reclaimed wooden ceilings, showcasing the best of contemporary Italian design, with a very cool, clean look.
