Cozy Holiday Home in Nexo with Terrace

Holiday cottage in an advantageous location approx. 60 metres away from one of the finest, sandy beaches of Bornholm. The cottage has been rebuilt and renovated in 2006. There are 2 big, modern bathrooms with underfloor heating and 4 bedrooms. Big living room with much light and access to a secluded terrace. Modern, open kitchen area with all that you need within kitchen hardware. You almost live on the white, child-friendly beach. Nearby you have Snogebæk, the charming fishing hamlet with many restaurants, shops and a smokehouse housing the famous pub called Sørens Værtshus. In the vicinity you have windsurfing and tennis facilities, and at a distance of approx. 6 kilometres an 18-hole golf course. No letting to youth groups.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

    “leider sind die Türen und Fenster verzogen, sodass da sehr viel Wind durchgeht, auf gar keinen Fall für die kältere Jahreszeit geeignet, da wären die Heizkosten zu hoch,
    die Zäune um das Haus sehen schon ziemlich oll aus, könnten mal gestrichen werden,
    die Regenrinne vor der Haustür ist kaputt, sodass wir bei der Ankunft durch eine große Pfütze mussten

    “Das Haus ist groß, hell und sauber. Die die Küche, ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Badezimmer sind sehr gut und groß. Schränke und Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad sind zahlreich vorhanden. Die Terasse ist sichtgeschützt und erlaubt viele Möglichkeiten im Windschutz bzw. im Schatten zu sitzen. Ein Ausflug zur Inselgruppe Christansø/Ertholmene ist ein eindrucksvolles Erlebnis. In der Buchhandlung in Rønne gibt es viele Bücher auch in deutscher Sprache über Wanderungen auf Bornholm. Auf eigene Faust unterwegs kann man so alle interessanten Landschaften und Ortschaften Bornholms kennenlernen.”
