The apartment is suitable for 4/6 persons and is a located in the elegant "Miralago" apartment complex, gifted with a nice swimming pool and a solarium area (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09). Public parking place on the spot. The apartment is composed by living room with kitchenette with big refridgerator and freezer, gas stove, baking oven, coffee machine and toaster. Sofabed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children at disposal. The living room overlooks a nice private garden and an outside spacious terrace with awning furnished with table, chairs and two deck chairs. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, double bedroom and a second bedroom with bunk bed. Air conditioning, satellite tv and free wifi connection at guest’s disposal. Shared garage with the apartment on the upper floor to park bikes and e-bikes. Pets allowed on request. It is not allowed to smoke in the apartment.

The total price consists in:
