Characteristic apartment in the heart of a small medieval village. The village was built by the Romans and lies above a valley about 7 km south of Todi. You have access to a well-tended private and shaded area, which is equipped for outdoor dining with a table grill (16 m²). There is a shared outdoor area of approx. 3000 m² with a lovely swimming pool. From the pool you have a beautiful view over the surrounding landscape to Todi. From the hallway, which leads up 3 steps, you will find the bedroom with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with a bathtub. From the hall, you access the attic (min 80 cm and max 210 cm ceiling height) with a double bed and private bathroom (shower).
