House in Cala D'or with Communal Garden

House 5, of the complex "La Perla de Cala d'Or", composed of 9 houses each with 5 rooms with a communal garden area, swimming pool with a waterfall and another children's pool, a community garden, also this house has its own garden, with its deckchairs and a charcoal barbecueThe beach of Cala Egos is 300m away, the beach is Calo des pou about 500m 2 minutes from the center where there are supermarkets, restaurants, shops. Next to the complex there are paddle courts that can be rented, a small minigolf, attractions for children and a small bar restaurant, at the moment it is open all year. At 2km we have the marina of Porto Petro, where in winter all the restaurants are open. The marina of Cala d'Or can be reached on foot at about 600m.The house 5, consists of 2 floors, the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with bath, living room with dining table and chairs, 2 sofas and TV saltelite, kitchen with breakfast bar. It has access to the terrace with chairs and table, it has its private garden with sunbeds and a charcoal barbecue. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a freezer, refrigerator, mircroondas, teapot, ceramic hob, has a door to access the laundry with your washing machine. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, one double, one with 2 single beds and another with a bunk, shared bathroom with bathtub, has a terrace and a staircase with access to the solarium where you can see the mountains and the sea.     “The description of how to find the property once you reached the street was very poor. Initially we found it hard to find.
    Also more information needed within the property about how to:-
    1. access the wifi,
    2.where and how to use the public transport

    the property just needs a bit more care and attention. The owner needs to apply some time to just check the whole thing out.
    3. a local map etc Positiv: The position was excellent. It was near the beaches, shops, restaurants as well as access to buses. Negativ: It was not wholly equipped for ten people. Insufficient cutlery, bowls. Towels were in need of replacement. Microwave did not work and we had to request a replacement. Sink in the upstairs bathroom had a broken plug. Restaurant: Beatriz - Quality food. Good friendly service. Very clean Ausflüge: Caves of Drac - Excellent visit.”

    “I am happy if you liked our house, I told you to come clean, change sheets and towels once a week and you told me that there was no need, if you wanted other towels you just had to ask me and they would be changed, if they were missing Cutlery or bowls would also have been replaced, as you know, you told me about the microwave and we came immediately to change it, these are things that we ask customers to tell us if they see things they need, since the cleaning girls sometimes do not realize these stuff.
    If I can tell you that today I am going to replace all these things and review it personally. Greetings from Mallorca and I hope we meet again Antonia”
