3 floor HOUSE

House is located in Dubrovnik main harbour named Gruz.Just few steps away from main bus station and ferry port in quiet neighborhood surrounded with tree's and gardens.Terraces are providing spectacular views of Adriatic coast and islands.Bus stop is just one min away and it takes just 5min to reach old town, beaches and other parts of city. Ferry port and cruise ship terminal are on hand as well as bars, restaurants, ATM's, supermarket and exchange office.ACI marina is 2km away with tennis court and mini golf.

Ground floor is widest and has outside barbecue with sitting arrangments and sun shade while two upper floors have long balconies with sitting arrangments and sun shade,All terraces are fenced and suitable for children and dogs.Laundry room is at the back of the house and there is free street parking nearby.

The ground floor is about 55 m² in size and comprises of the following rooms: A living room with a flatscreen TV,aircondition and a double sofa bed. There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a king size bed. Plus there is a fully-equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge&freezer,kettle,toaster and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower and toilet.Terrace is equiped with outside furniture,sun shade and grill barbecue wood fire!.
Middle floor is conected with outside stairs,private entrence with small hallway leading to long bathrrom with bathtub and bidet.Bedroom with two twin beds,reading lamps,night closet, cabinet and aircondition,There is also large living area with big dining table up to 15pax,fully equiped kitchen with oven,gas&electric stove,microwave,toaster,kettle and fridge&freezer adjojning sofa bed for two, flat cable/satelitte TV and aircon unit.Long balcony with outside furniture with amazing views of incoming cruise ships and yacht's.
Attic is newelly refubrished romantic one bedroom apartment with twin bed,night closet and cabinet.Bathroom is small but offers bidet,toilet,sink and bathtub.Kitchen is brand new and fully equiped to make Your own homemade food.Living rooom comprises of sofa bed good for two and flat TV with central AC unit.Highlightis definetly long balcony with outside sitting arrangment to watch the world go by just sipping Your drink and making Your worries disappear.

Area is central with nice bars and restaurants.Supermarket is 2min away as well as the ATM's and tourist info.This is the best location to move around and see whole Dubrovnik and it's beautifull coastline.

House is located on a hillside providing spectacular views.Free wifi signal in all rooms and outside areas.We own travel buisness and owner is local guide working with minibus offering private day trips and tours in and around Dubrovnik and most famous attractions in the area.
