Cozy apartment 6 km from the beautiful beaches of Moneglia, located on the second floor of a building with stunning views of the Gulf of Tigullio. The apartment can be reached via an external staircase. From its balcony you can enjoy a breathtaking view. At the back there is a terrace for outdoor dining and with games for children. The location is ideal for visiting the nearby Val di Vara, the sandy beaches of Baia delle Favole and Baia del Silenzio in Sestri Levante (12 km), Santa Margherita (36 km) and Portofino (41 km). The charming villages of Cinque Terre can be reached either by train, car or boats (ferries from Moneglia in July and August). Moneglia offers bathing establishments, typical restaurants, bars for aperitifs, a promenade and beautiful paths in the hinterland. From Easter to October, a concert season is held in the ancient chapel and open-air cloister of San Giorgio, and typical markets wind through the ancient streets of the town every week. Moneglia is connected to Sestri Levante by spectacular galleries overlooking the sea. Sports enthusiasts have many opportunities: Climbing, diving, sport fishing, boat rentals, boating, bike trails. In the same building is ILL737, with whose guests you share the terrace. On request and for a fee, the following additional services are available: family excursions with tastings in Genoa, excursions to Cinque Terre, Riviera di Levante, Portofino and San Fruttuoso, urban trekking in Genoa or naturalistic excursions to Cinque Terre and Portofino, excursions to Noli and Finalborgo, horseback riding, boat excursions, food personal shopper, private transfer, motorboat and dinghy rental, car rental or private driver.     “Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und unserem jugendlichen Sohn sowie unserer Hündin 10 Tage im Ferienobjekt. Wir fanden die Lage des Ferienhauses sehr schön, oberhalb am Berghang gelegen mit Blick auf das Meer.
    Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, für 3 Personen ideal. Im allgemeinen waren die Räumlichkeiten sauber und ordentlich. Die Küche war sehr modern mit allen Einbaugeräten nur die Töpfe sollten mal erneuert werden.
    Die Ansprechpartnerin bei der Übernahme und Übergabe war sehr freundlich.
    Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war ok.”
