Die Wohnungen wurden soeben renoviert und befinden sich in der Altstadt eines typischen kleinen ligurischen Dorfes. Die Aussenmauern sind aus Stein und die Dachstühle aus Holzbalken, 15 Minuten vom Meer der Riviera dei Fiori entfernt.

Die Wohnung „La Quercia“ besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit ca. 34 m² mit eingerichteter Küche, Bad mit Dusche und einem WC, Doppelschlafzimmer, einem Schlafzimmer mit zwei Betten und einer Terrasse, die circa 32 m² groß ist.

Ein Parkplatz und ein Pool sind auch vorhanden.

Borgomaro, wo sich die Wohnungen befinden, liegt in einem Tal, das vom Fluss Impero durchquert wird und ist in einem Meer von Olivenhainen eingebettet, welches die umliegenden Berge bis zu einer bestimmten Höhe bedeckt. Oberhalb lassen sie Platz für üppige Kastanienwälder, Eichen, Buchen und andere zahllose Baumarten und bieten Plätze, wo man zur richtigen Zeit zum Beispiel wunderbare Steinpilze sammeln kann.
