This stunning five bedroom villa enjoys beautiful panoramic views of one of the most famous vineyards of the Côtes du Rhône. The thoughtfully restored bastide benefits from a wonderful location just 1km from one of the prettiest hilltop villages in the vicinity and is fully-equipped for a relaxing holiday in the heart of Provence. It includes a fully-equipped summer kitchen with barbecue facilities, a spacious swimming pool and a lovely patio area. The large covered terrace ensures that you can enjoy the lovely views of Cairanne, the Dentelles de Motmirail and Orange from the comfort of your holiday home - simply sit back with a glass of delicious local wine or some of the region's most sought after produce.

Inside, the villa elegantly combines rustic influences alongside modern amenities. You will find a comfortable living area, a modern kitchen and a dining room with views of the terrace and surroundings. Four of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds whilst one of the bedrooms includes twin beds,

Nearby there is a lovely array of Provencal towns and villages including Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Rasteau, Beaumes-de-Venise, Vaison la Romaine, Séguret and the historic city of Avignon.     “Det er et fantastisk hus. Her er alt hvad man behøver for at holde ferie. fuldt udstyret køkken BÅDE inde og ude. der er en super lækker pool som blev rengjort HVER dag uden vi nærmest opdagede det. Her er virkelig pænt, rent og alting er i orden. vi var to familier, men med 5 soveværelser og tre badeværelser var her masser af plads. udendørs er der indrettet flere hyggelige steder at sidde og nyde den brillante udsigt der er hele vejen rundt.
    Husejeren er en virkelig sød fransk dame Patricia som gør sit allerbedste for at få en til at føle sig velkommen. Hun taler en lille smule engelsk, vi en smule fransk og så med google translate så gik det fint. De er vinbønder og deres vingård ligger tæt på. smager fremragende.
    Vi gik et par ture i området, som er meget smukt og kuperet naturligvis, men ellers brugte vi ikke nærområdet, vi slappede bare af. man kan handle i det nærliggende Tulette i et velassorteret supermarked, det ligger 10 min væk. Ellers er der i Cairanne le petit Jeanette, hvor man kan købe brød, mælk osv.Det er inkl. håndklæder også pool håndklæder, el, vand og slut rengøring, så det er nærmest Hotel

    Kan kun anbefale huset og håber vi kommer igen en dag.”
