Holiday Apartment in West with Private Parking and Mountain View
The holiday apartment is in a quiet residential area close to the Mooswald on the western outskirts of town.Cosy holiday with a shared garden, near the Mooswald, for extensive walking or cycling tours, water sports or a range of trips – with something for everyone
The apartment is in the attic of the two-family house and provides around 45m² of space for up to four people. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180 x 200cm with separate mattresses and a wardrobe for your clothing. A junior travel bed can be provided on request. Bed linen is included in the rental price. The living room has a sofa bed (140 x 200cm). In the rear part there is a suite with a sofa, two armchairs, a table, a flatscreen TV and a radio. The kitchen-diner has four chairs, plenty of crockery, cutlery and cookware. The kitchen space is equipped with a ceramic hob and an oven, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher, as well as some condiments. Some coffee, milk and tea are provided for the arrival day. The bathroom has a combined bath and shower, a toilet, a washbasin and a hairdryer. Towels are included in the rental price. Games, toys and reading material for adults and children are available for use.
The garden is fenced all around and is therefore also suitable for children. It has a charcoal grill, a shady pergola and a sunny seating area with a parasol. There is a children’s garden table with two children’s chairs and some garden toys. You can share use of a bicycle storage room.
You can use Wi-Fi free of charge in the apartment. A junior travel bed can also be provided free of charge.
In the town centre there are the famous Freiburger Bächle and the lovely farmer’s market with its sausage stalls. The lovely old town with the famous minster and the two town gates is easy to get to by public transport. It is a seven-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. The Freiburg surroundings also have a lot to offer cycling enthusiasts, from easy to challenging routes. There is bicycle hire at the train station. Information about this is available in the apartment. A Nordic walking park in the nearby Mooswald rounds off the sports options. The Eugen-Keidel thermal baths are three kilometres away. There is a minigolf course in the Seepark to the south. You can also swim in the lake or hire pedalos. To the west there is Kaiserstuhl with its vineyards, while to the east there is the Black Forest with wonderful hiking and trip possibilities. You can go on interesting trips to the Alsace. Colmar with its quaint old town is about 50km away. Europapark Rust and Taubergießen (guided boat trips on the Altrhein) are about 36km to the north of Freiburg.
