Il residence è situato nel parco marino di Villasimius (nella parte sud-orientale della Sardegna), sulla bellissima spiaggia di Campulongu, a 300 metri dal mare in zona panoramica ed alberata, a circa 2 Km dal paese di Villasimius, in prossimità delle spiagge più rinomate cui è collegata da comoda viabilità.

Il residence è costituito da 14 appartamenti (bilocali e trilocali in villette a schiera) di nuova costruzione, gli appartamenti sono ubicati in un vasto lotto di terreno con ampia possibilità di parcheggio interno

l residence è inoltre dotato di piscina, sala di ritrovo, servizio lavanderia, area giochi per bambini, riserva idrica per gli appartamenti. Nei mesi di Aprile, Maggio, Ottobre, Novembre l’apertura della piscina non é garantita.

Villasimius si trova nella parte sud-orientale della Sardegna, è una zona stupenda che da anni si colloca tra le località turistiche più belle d’Italia.

Nel suo comprensorio vi è una vasta varietà di offerte che vanno dalla possibilità di scelta tra almeno 10 spiagge meravigliose (tra cui Porto Sarruxi, Campus, Campulongu, Timiama, Porto Giunco, Simius, Punta Molentis, ecc.), al porto turistico, alla organizzazione di escursioni in battello con visita alle principali spiagge e isole, al noleggio di imbarcazioni di vario tipo, alle scuole subacquee o di equitazione, alla possibilità di ampia scelta di ristoranti (alcuni dei quali ubicati in posizione di notevole valenza ambientale e scenografica), alle discoteche e i market.

The village of Villasimius is in the south – east of Sardinia Island, it is a wonderful place, that last year, won the second prize as touristic resort of Italy. In the surroundings there are dozens of wonderful beaches; a touristic port, with possibility to organize excursions to some little islands nearby; a wide selection of restaurants (some of which in a significant panoramic position); discos and markets.

Common services of the residence are swimming pool, common room, laundry, children playground area.
In April May, October, November the opening of the swimming-pool is not assured, it depends on whether conditions. Normally we open the pool at mid-May and close it at mid-end of October.

The residence is constituted by 14 apartments, recently built and accurately furnished, with a wide surrounding green area, and an ample parking. This apartment has a private garden; a porch and a terrace with view ofthe sea, with possibility of dining outdoor; a double room; a living-room with a sofa–double bed and another sofa-single bed, an open kitchen with fridge, freezer, stove and a complete endowment (included cooking pots, frying pans, cutlery, iron, hair-dryer, satellite television); bathroom with shower.

The residence is located in the gulf of Villasimius, 300 m. from the wonderful beach of Campulongu, in a area full of trees and with panoramic views, approximately 2 km. from the village, in a peaceful and silent zone, well connected to the main streets, services and beaches.

Since three years ago, the whole area is a marine park, where it is possible to admire a very limpid sea, magnificent sea grounds with a wide quantity of sea animals, among them a colony of tropical fishes from the Red Sea that is unique in the Mediterranean.
