The property is located on a hillside in the fishing village of El Port de la Selva, on the Costa de Girona. It is for holiday makers looking for a quiet place, yet close to popular town along the Costa Brava, including Cadaqués, Roses or Empuriabrava.
The first floor, air conditioned apartment accommodates up to five people. The living/dining room with the open plan kitchen is furnished with a sofa, two chairs, a flat screen satellite television and a dining table with chairs. The adjacent kitchen is fully furnished with an electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The other two bedrooms are furnished with either a double or s single bed. A washing machine and a dryer are available, as well. The tall glass windows in the living room and one of the bedrooms offer stunning views.
