Comfortable vacation apartment in front of a fascinating forest and mountain scenery, in the western Weserbergland, near the southern foothills of the Teutoburg Forest. Your view falls e.g. on the Köterberg, a popular excursion mountain for motorcyclists, magnificent view mountain and with 496 meters the highest elevation in the western Weserbergland.

The bunk bed is suitable for persons up to max. 50kg.

Directly behind the house begins a signposted hiking trail network. White storks breed at the site and can be easily observed during hikes. Besides the scenic attractions of this low mountain range rich in water and deciduous forests, you are here in one of the richest cultural landscapes in Germany. The German Fairy Tale Road, the Weser Renaissance Road, the World Heritage Site of Corvey Monastery and Castle, the Fürstenberg Porcelain Manufactory, Germany's largest open-air museum (the Westphalian Open-Air Museum in Detmold), the Externsteine (Extern Stones), the Hermann Monument and much, much more will entice you all around. Luegde itself is famous for the ancient tradition of Easter wheel rolling. Numerous health resorts in the area attract visitors with very different attractions. For example, the nearby Staatsbad Pyrmont offers such unusual attractions as a haze cave and sinkholes, in addition to its famous palm garden, the Hufeland-Therme spa, a zoo and the castle. The property has been awarded the seal of quality "Qualitätsbetrieb Wanderbares Deutschland" by the German Hiking Association.
