Villa with a big plot of land, right by the beach

This modern villa is on a quiet estate on a big site right by the beach.

The villa has a kitchen, a living and dining room, a separate WC and a laundry room on the ground floor, and four bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs. The kitchen measures around 10m² and provides all the necessary appliances, including an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. The living and dining room measures around 45m² and offers a lovely view of the sea. The laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer. The bathroom comprises a double washbasin, a shower and a WC. One bedroom has a double box spring bed measuring 160 x 200cm, the second has a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm, while the other two each have two single beds (80 x 200cm).

You can dine outdoors in the 1750m² garden and enjoy the view. If you go through the garden gate you are right by the beach.

A highchair and a cot can be provided on request. There are four bicycles in the garage available for use.

About 10km away in Concarneau you can visit Ville Close, an artists‘ village, where Vincent van Gogh painted. There is also a golf course 10km away. You can go shopping at a supermarket about a five-minute drive away.

    “Wir, eine fünfköpfige Familie, verbrachten Ende Juni / Anfang Juli 2017 herrliche 14 Tage im Ferienhaus Soubigell. Die schon sehr ansprechenden Fotos auf der Buchungsseite können den einmaligen Charme und die fantastische Lage des Hauses nur annähernd widerspiegeln. Das Haus wurde mit viel Liebe für das Detail individuell und geschmackvoll modernisiert, wobei die Atmosphäre einer Villa der 50er/60er Jahren dabei erhalten blieb.
    Die Ausstattung ist in allen Belangen sehr gut. Insbesondere die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass kulinarisch keine Grenzen gesetzt werden. Das Haus wird sehr sauber übergeben - der Garten ist wunderbar und gepflegt, hat hierbei aber seinen typisch bretonischen Charme behalten. Beeindruckend ist der sich mehrfach täglich ändernde Blick auf das Meer aus dem Hause und von der Terrasse - wir konnten uns kaum sattsehen. Ein Haus in einer derart fantastischen Lage haben wir bisher noch nicht gefunden.
    Bei kleineren Problemen und Fragen antworteten die niederländischen Vermieter per E-Mail sofort und äußerst freundlich - Mitarbeiter vor Ort wurden umgehend vorbeigeschickt, um sich darum zu kümmern. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und hoffen, noch einmal einen Urlaub hier verbringen zu können.”
