Svoboda nad Úpou, 529 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 3600 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers and bushes, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The holiday home is located in a park in a quiet location. The center of the village is 150 m. There are many cycling and hiking trails The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 100 m). Parking lot (for 8 cars) on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m).
