The farmhouse is very quiet and sunny, at the end of a freight road, on a plateau on the Hollersbacher Sonnberg. At the edge of the forest, surrounded by meadows, you have a wide view of the Salzach Valley and the mountains of the Hohe Tauern.
Entfernungen:
Next town Hollersbach 2.5km, Mittersill with shops, restaurants, bars 6km. Top ski area Kitzbühel (Panoramabahn Hollersbach) in 2km. 57 cable cars and 230 kilometers of slopes await you here! The 130 km long Pinzga trail, which connects the Pinzgau from Krimml to Zell am See, is below in town. Illuminated, 14km long Bramberg toboggan run, the longest in Europe, at 7km (sledge rental on site). The Wildkogel ski area is located here. Hollersbach swimming lake with slide and beach volleyball court 2 km. Zell am See 30km. 18hole golf course 8km. Tauern Spa 28km. The area is also ideal for hikers and mountain bikers! The Panoramabahn provides ideal access to the Kitzbühel hiking and biking area, but Oberpinzgau is also known for its many hiking trails in a varied mountain landscape.

The farmhouse has a large living room on the ground floor with a tiled stove and seating for up to 12 people, an additional TV room with a couch and satellite TV, a large kitchen with a seating area, electric stove, wood stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, Food slicer, food storage room with 2 refrigerators and a freezer. First floor: 1 triple room with balcony, 1 shower, 2 toilets, shoe and drying roomTop floor: 4 double rooms, 2 of which have a balcony, 1 single room with a balcony. Shower/WC, 1 toilet. All bedrooms have a sink. Wood central heating, WiFi available. Please dont smoke in the house. In front of the house there is a playground, barbecue, garden with seating, deck chairs. Extras: Organic hay milk from our own farm, bread roll service, cooking courses for baking bread and farmer s donuts can be booked on site. The back part of the house is a stable where the cows live in winter. From the end of May to the end of August they are on the alpine pasture and the stable is empty.
