Quietness and good behaviour expected. Heating of the water in the swimming pool (extra 150.-€ per week). It is necessary to announce 7 days in advance if the pool heating is required. Sauna at small house next to the pool. Use of the sauna with extra cost of 150.-€ per week, to be paid on spot.
