In the "Oasis 'n Aguait" villa, you can immerse yourself in everyday life on the island and enjoy all the comforts of home. This is a Fincallorca holiday home. The interior of the fully air-conditioned villa is perfectly matched to the modern exterior. Clear lines and harmonious, natural colours create a restrained but invitingly warm living atmosphere. Couples and families with children feel equally at home here. All rooms are wonderfully bright thanks to large windows. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a bathroom as well as the chic grey kitchen with a small table for morning coffee and the open-plan living and dining area. While the large sofa invites you to laze around and watch TV or enjoy the peace and quiet. On the upper floor there are two further attractive double bedrooms, a modern bathroom and another room that is ideal as a reading room or children's room. The villa "Oasis 'n Aguait" has an incredible location: built in the well-kept residential area of Sa Pedruscada, just 2 km from Cala Ratjada. The beautiful countryside is perfect for walks and hikes, the sea is just a short stroll away and the popular Platja de Son Moll beach is only 1.2 km away. Please note that the photos are not up to date as the fence around the pool has recently been removed. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 25 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may also be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
