Bella Villa Holiday Apartments recently built is located in the heart of Riva del Garda, a pretty town on the northern shore of Lake Garda, in a very quiet, peaceful position and precisely in Viale Roma n. 28 in a limited traffic area, a stone's throw from the lake, the historic centre, the FA Bonporti Conservatory, the Fraglia Vela Riva sailing club, the Palazzo dei Congressi, the port and approx. 250 meters from the beach. It has six apartments and an independent villa, excellently furnished, equipped and equipped with the most modern technologies: WIFI, satellite Smart-TV, fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, video intercom and chip card access. Air conditioning on request. The services include: large and convenient free storage on the ground floor for bicycles, sails and surfboards, strollers and accessories, free use of a shared washing machine.     “Die Ausstattung ist ziemlich einfach gehalten. Es ist sauber und gepflegt. Eine schöne Unterkunft. Leider ist dort nur ein Bad mit einer Toilette zusammen und für 8 Personen ist dies ein Herausforderung.
    Sehr zentrumnah, aber doch eine sehr sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Leider war der Badestrand einige Gehminuten entfernt.”

    “Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen. Die Vermieterin spricht kein Deutsch, aber auf englischer Sprache gab es keine Probleme. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist optimal. Mit Blick auf die Berge von zwei kleinen Balkonen, in verkehrsberuhigter Lage direkt in der Altstadt und Fußgängerzone. Die Ausstattung und der Zustand der Wohnung sind sehr gut. Die Wohnung wurde sehr sauber und gepflegt überlassen. Gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Allerdings schlafen 4 von 8 Personen im gemeinsamen Wohn- und Esszimmer auf Schlafcoachen, die eher unbequem sind. Ein Badezimmer (inkl. WC) ist für 8 Personen eher unpraktisch. Die Anreise ist mit eigenem PKW einfach, da die Vermieterin im Voraus sehr genau beschreibt wie man ankommt und am besten Stau umfährt. Das Appartement an sich ist etwas schwer zu finden, da es in der Fußgängerzone liegt und eigentlich keine Autos erlaubt sind. Der Parkplatz befindet sich direkt nebenan in einer sicheren Tiefgarage, der pro Tag mit 10 € doch sehr ins Gewicht fällt.

    Zwei Supermärkte sind in der Nähe bequem zu Fuß zu besuchen. Der See ist leicht zu erreichen, zum Strand dauert es ca. 5 Gehminuten. Großes Freizeitangebot und reichlich Information von der Vermieterin, sodass immer volles Programm war.”
