Bella Villa Holiday Apartments recently built is located in the heart of Riva del Garda, a pretty town on the northern shore of Lake Garda, in a very quiet, peaceful position and precisely in Viale Roma n. 28 in a limited traffic area, a stone's throw from the lake, the historic centre, the FA Bonporti Conservatory, the Fraglia Vela Riva sailing club, the Palazzo dei Congressi, the port and approx. 250 meters from the beach. It has six apartments and an independent villa, excellently furnished, equipped and equipped with the most modern technologies: WIFI, satellite Smart-TV, fridge and freezer, oven, dishwasher, video intercom and chip card access. Die Küche ist in Ordnung, die Ausstattung finde ich nicht ausreichend bzw. alt oder nicht in Ordnung, z.B. waren die Pfannen alt und die Beschichtung innen kaputt, Kaffeebecher fehlten. Auf dem Balkon ist es zu dritt sehr eng. Es war sehr hellhörig. Das Treppenhaus der darüber liegenden Wohnung ist durch die Wohnung Nr. 3 gebaut. Von oben hört man jedes Geräusch. Neben dem Haus ist ein Kindergarten, der während unseres Aufenthaltes geschlossen war.
    Die Lage war gut. Man ist sofort in der Stadt und nach wenigen Minuten ist man am See. Bei der Ankunft mussten wir trotz Verabredung 45 Min. warten.” “Die Wohnung ist neu möbliert.     “Alles Perfekt! Wir haben uns mit unseren Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles Notwendige ist in einem neuwertigen sehr guten Zustand vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber!

    Die Wohnung liegt direkt in der Fußgängerzone. Durch die Lage in einem Hinterhof war es sehr ruhig. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage benötigten wir unser Auto in den zwei Wochen unseres Urlaubes nur für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

    Alles Erforderliche ist in direkter Nähe zur Wohnung vorhanden. Supermarkt, Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind direkt zu Fuß zu erreichen. In zehn Minuten ist man zu Fuß am überwachten Badestrand, der für Familien mit Kindern prima geeignet ist.
    Die Vermieterin war stets erreichbar, sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.”

    “Sehr sauber, alles hat funktioniert. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Trotz dessen wir im Apartment Nr. 3 untergebracht waren, welches mit einem Schlafzimmer und einem Sofa in der Küche für das zweite Pärchen ausgestattet ist, da die größeren belegt waren.”
