Beautiful villa with pool in a plot of 400sqm (m2) and located just 500m from the sea. With four double bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room, terrace, garden and private pool.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:The house has the tourist activity licence, home insurance and liability insurance, so it is 100% legal.We speak Catalan, Spanish and English.ADDITIONAL RULES:Groups under 30 years old are not allowedPower consumption (electricity) is charged separately Once or twice a week a gardener will clean the pool and take care of the garden
THE SPACE:Beatiful villa with capacity for 8 people with A/C and private pool.It has four fully equipped bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large living room with flat-screen TV with international channels. Kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and all kind of utensils. There’s also a washing machine.The garden has a table, chairs, deck chairs and is covered with artificial lawn, perfect for sunbathing and relax. The pool measures 8x4m with a depth from 120 to 170cm.Highchair and additional baby bed available.Free WiFi.Shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper and towels included.DURING YOUR STAY:We welcome you personally. The coastline of fine sand and rocks is very shallow and the water is incredibly clear.The main beach of Son Serra, located just in front of the house, measures 450m and is ideal for the whole family. A white sand beach, called Sa Canova, offers a lovely walk of 2km to the nearby town of Colònia de Sant Pere.
