Wonderful House in Peresiji with Private Pool

Neatly maintained village PERESIJI in the hearth of the green (inland ) Istria, close to the historic San Vincenti (Svetvinčenat) is the home of 35 local people mostly elderly generation enjoying the slow village life, quiet and homey atmosphere.
More and more houses are being renovated and rented for agro-tourism. The bigger village Svetvincenat is cca 1,5 km distant from PERESIJI and there are following services in Svetvinčenat: restaurant, post office, grocery store, ATM – cash machine.
Svetvincent is a host of different cultural and traditional events, exhibitions and local fairs during the summer season .
House Mario is more then 100 yrs old house, completely renovated and furnished for the comfortable family vacation.

Description of the house:
Parking area in front of the house, reserved for the guests. There is a yard with garden furniture ( old stone table and benches around it ), stone grill and and children swimming pool (Air pool) .Yard can be closed and locked.
Ground floor: kitchen with dinning table and living area, air condition, Sat-TV ( couch, possible as sleeping couch).
Kitchen : stove (3 gas rings + 1 electrical), refrigerator with freezing compartment, microwave, coffee machine, dish washer, air extractor above the cooking rings.
Bathroom: shower, wc, sink, washing machine.

There are wooden stairs leading to the first floor.

First floor: big double bedroom + bathroom ( shower, wc, sink) From the first floor there are stairs leading to the second floor .
Second floor : big bedroom with„ mansarda“ ceiling ( 2+1 separate beds ), air condition.

The closest beach : 16 km. The owners do not live in the house.

    “Wir waren rundum zufrieden! Toller Urlaub, jederzeit wieder! Positiv: Sehr liebevoll gemachtes Haus, auch im Hochsommer angenehm kühl, sehr sauber, Elektrogeräte funktionieren tadellos! Sehr ruhiges idyllisches Dorf (eigenes Auto wird aber benötigt!), mit dem Auto in 20 min in Pula/Fasana und Pazin, in 30 min in Rovinj und Porec, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 1,5 km Entfernung in einem schönen Städtchen mit altem Ritterkastell!Abgeschlossenes Grundstück, auf dem unsere Hunde sich frei bewegen konnten.
    Sehr netter Vermieter, absolut empfehlenswert! Restaurant: La Perla, Rovinj - kroatische/istrianische Spezialitäten, große Auswahl an Fisch und Meeresfrüchten, guter Service, schönes Ambiente, mit Kinderspielplatz, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Ausflüge: Fasana (Strand) - kleines Fischerdorf vor Pula, nicht ganz so steinig, Hundestrand, auch für Kinder gut geeignet”
