    “Ein sehr gutes Feriendomizil für Naturliebhaber! Positiv: Gemütlicher Holzofen gerade im kühlen Herbst ganz wunderbar. Das Holz wird kostenlos gestellt. Modernes Bad mit genügend Abstellmöglichkeiten und gut ausgestattete Küche. Leistungsfähiges WLAN. Relativ großer Balkon - bestens für einen "Sundowner" geeignet mit weitem Blick über das gepflegte Grundstück in die Landschaft. Sehr nette Vermieter, die einen in Ruhe lassen, bei Problemen aber verfügbar wären. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet für Aktivitäten im Gebiet Schorfheide/Chorin/Grumsin und auch NP Unteres Odertal. Negativ: Die Ausschreibung ist nicht sehr präzise, was die Zuordnung der Räume betrifft. Es sind keine 2 getrennten Schlafzimmer, sondern das 2. SZ ist große Doppel-Schlafcouch im Untergeschoss (gleichzeitig Wohnraum u. Küchenzeile). Das Obergeschoss mit dem eigentlichen, großen Schlafzimmer samt Sitzecke, TV und Balkon ist nicht mit einer Tür abgetrennt. Für uns war das kein Problem, aber evtl. für andere Personenkonstellationen.”

    “Alles gut. Positiv: Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, für eine Familie mit bis zu zwei Kindern sicherlich ausreichend.
    Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und der Garten ist groß und ebennfalls gepflegt.
    Die Gegend ist sehr abwechslungsreich, wir konnten sehr viel unternehmen.
    Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Negativ: Einige Anmerkungen zur Ausstattung, dabei handelt es sich um echte Kleinigkeiten. So war die Beleutung im Erdgeschoss etwas dunkel, eine weitere Lichtquelle wäre angenehm gewesen. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte leicht nachgebessert werden. Z.B. eine Schere die schneidet, ein Gemüsehobel für Salate, scharfe Messer und zwei schöne intakte Weingläser ...
    Was noch wissenswert ist, bei dem Zaun zu dem Garten der Vermieter, handelt es sich lediglich um einen Hühnerzaun. Dies ist unproblematisch, denn der Hund der Vermieter ist Hunde erprobt.
    Essen gehen hat sich etwas schwierig gestaltet, es gibt wenig Lokale und dort Plätze reservieren zu lassen war schwierig.”
