This cosy holiday home has 2 apartments, each having a separate entrance. Located on a quiet residential street, it is just 400 metres from one of the many beautiful beaches. Portopetro, formerly a fishing village, is small, cosy and charming. It has good cosy bars, cafes and restaurants. The beautiful beaches of Cala Mondragó and Cala Barca can be reached in just 7-10 minutes by car, as also the well-known and popular place Santanyi and the Nobel Marina Cala d'Or. On the ground floor, you have direct garden access, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large fully-equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, a television corner and a covered terrace. The 1st floor also has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The drawing room is a little smaller, but there is a very large, glass-covered terrace with dining area. Groups with people under the age of 30 are allowed on request and with a special deposit. Seven units of air conditioning are available in all the bedrooms and in the drawing room on the ground floor. Energy costs are included, but the electricity charges for air conditioning systems are as per consumption.
