The living room opens directly onto your private sunny balcony. You can make yourselves comfortable at the table with chairs and enjoy the extensive panoramic view over the blue sea. You can relax under the shade of the awning during the hot midday hours.

The fully air-conditioned (cooling and heating) holiday apartment measuring 100m² is on the top floor of a three-storey apartment building and consists of an open living and dining room with an integrated, fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and a daylight bathroom. The living room provides a generous corner sofa suite and an armchair, a wide flatscreen TV with satellite channels, a DVD player and a stereo system. You can enjoy your holiday meals at the wooden dining table with six chairs. The modern built-in kitchen next to it in a rustic wooden style is equipped with the latest appliances: dishwasher, two-zone gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee machine. Of the three bedrooms, one is furnished with a double bed measuring 200 x 200cm, the second with a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm, and the third with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can also be joined together as a double bed. All three have bedside tables with reading lamps and cupboards with ample storage space for your clothing and luggage. The two bathrooms are each fitted with a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a cupboard underneath and a wall mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. There is a washing machine in one of the bathrooms for your convenience. A highchair is available. Plenty of bed linen and towels are provided and wireless Internet access is free of charge.

    “Sehr nette Vermieter, tolle Wohnung in 2. Stock mit Blick auf Adria. Haben dort mit 2 Kindern eine Wo gewohnt. 2. Hälfte Mai war es wettermäßig schön, angenehme Temp, kaum Regen. AC nicht ausprobiert.
    Kleinerer Supermarkt ca. 500 m entfernt, Einkaufsmall mit u.a. LIDL, Kik, NKD und großem Supermarkt 5 min mit Auto entfernt. Küche gut eingerichtet mit Herd (teils Gas, teils Elektro), Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine.”
